Mahatma Gandhi once stated "Live as if you were to die tomorrow.Learn as if you were to live forever".This quote means to live life to the fullest and to get as much knowledge as possible. Its always good to live life with no regrets and more positivity. I believe that I will achieve my goal in five ways.I call this my five steps to success.
High school Goals
Since I'm in high school I really want to focus on my grades and g.p.a,when I grow up I plan on being a electronic engineer.I know that In order for me to be a electronic engineer I need to be really good at math and science.Science is my strong subject but math is the subject that I struggle the most with.Instead of being lost in the subject,I went to tutoring. From there my math grade started to improve for that semester.Another thing that I'm doing that's going to help me reach my goal of being a electronic engineer is working on my studying habits more.I know that I have a bad habit of procrastinating so instead of coming home to get on my phone when work needs to be done,I go ahead and look over my notes.
college goals
Before I graduate high school,I want to know what college I'm going to attend .I want to either attend NYU or Georgia tech. I'm leaning towards NYU because I know that eventually I will move to New York and it's cheaper to go to school in-state.My next goal is once I get in college I want to take up my normal courses ela, math, science and social studies and other courses like band, electrical engineering, computer science, music theory and foreign language.I know that if I want to be a electronic engineer I should be in calculus so while I'm in high school I should take up summer school so that I can be at the top of my A game next year and more years to come. Once I'm in my first semester my goal is to have my core classes first because before I get into my electives I want to get all my work that counts out of the way. When I finish my 1st semester I want my grades to be at least a a/b honor roll. And for the rest of the year my goal is to have a 3.7 gpa minimum. My goal for my years in college is to take up classes that will benefit me and my gpa to become a electronic engineer.
Career goals
Once I become a electronic engineer I want to be ahead of my game as a trainee. My goal as a trainee is to hustle hard and work my way up to manager. And once I become manager my goal would be to work hard until my vacation time. And while I'm on my break I want to travel and relax. And when my vacation time is over I would love to be at a stable part of my career.
My conclusion
I believe that I will achieve my goal of becoming a electronic engineer by following my five steps to success. In my own words the steps to success is to have no limits and work hard, think smarter not harder, stay positive in what you do,keep your mind focus. And never be average stay above. And stay consistent.
